Shipping Policy

Quick summary

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., with free Standard shipping and no order minimum. Alaska and Hawaii are included. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, including the AA, AE, and AP military postal regions. We have not verified service to P.O. boxes; contact us before ordering to a P.O. box.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are expected to be processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard transit is estimated at 2–4 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees; weather, carrier operations, address issues, and other events may cause delays.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, we will send the shipment details to the email address on the order. Carrier scans may take time to appear. If we learn that an order will be delayed before dispatch, we will notify you and provide the revised timing so you can accept it or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. For a parcel already with a carrier, contact us and we will help review the tracking.

Destination limits and checkout

Our free Standard service covers all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, including the AA, AE, and AP military postal regions. Service to P.O. boxes has not been verified; contact Leafxo before placing an order to a P.O. box. Do not use a U.S. territory or military address for delivery.
