Quick summary

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns for eligible items use a prepaid return label supplied by Leafxo. We charge no restocking fee and do not offer exchanges.

Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its included accessories and components. Items showing use, damage after delivery, missing components, or other condition changes may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

How to request a return

Email support@leafxo.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. For damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, or a material mismatch with the listing, contact us promptly with photographs where practical so we can assess the issue. Wait for our instructions and the correct return destination before sending anything. The mailing address on our Contact page is not automatically a returns address.

Return shipping and exchanges

For a return approved under this policy, Leafxo pays the eligible return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges; place a new order if you want a different item after your return is resolved.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Cancellation of an order that has not shipped is handled as an unshipped cancellation and is not subject to a received-item inspection. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; we will confirm whether dispatch has occurred and, if cancellation is accepted, arrange the refund to the original payment method.
